Ålandsfärjan (2)
(Viking Line: 1987- (built 1972))
 
Ålandsfärjan (2) was built as the Kattegat (2) in 1972 for Jydsk Færgefart along with sistership Djursland (2). Kattegat (2) was sold to Normandy Ferries for Dover-Boulogne services in 1978, becoming their nf Tiger. In 1985 P&O Ferries' Channel operations (ie: Normandy Ferries) were sold to the European Ferries group. The nf Tiger was then absorbed into the Townsend Thoresen fleet and painted in their livery. When retired in June 1986, nf Tiger was laid up in Chatham. Later in 1986 nf Tiger was sold to Viking Lines as the Ålandsfärjan (2).

Amorella

Amorella was built in Yugoslavia in 1988 for Viking Line partner SF-LIne AB. Her sisterships are Isabella, Gabriella (ex-Frans Suell) and Crown of Scandinavia. She entered service for Viking Line between Stockholm-Mariehamn-Åbo/Turku. Registered ownership was transferred to Viking Line AB in 1995. Amorella has also served on routes to Helsinki.

Cinderella - Viking Cinderella

46398 grt - 191 m long - 39000 hp = 22 knots - 2700 passengers/berths - 480 cars
 
Cinderella was built by Wärtsilä Marine Ab, Turku, for SF-Line, part of the Viking Line consortium. Cinderella entered service in 1989 on their Helsinki-Stockholm service, but has subsequently operated on various other routes, including those to Tallinn. In 2000 Cinderella was refurbished at Turku Repair Yards. From 2002, she began operating cruises to Riga. In 2003 she received further modifications at Turku Repair Yards, and ownership transferred to Viking Rederi AB, Stockholm, who renamed her Viking Cinderella. She received a new white livery, with the name Cinderella on the hull sides (ie: not registered name Viking Cinderella). Viking Cinderella was used for Stockholm-Mariehamn cruises.

Gabriella
(Viking Line: 1997- (built 1992))
 
Gabriella was built as the Frans Suell by Brodogradiliste Split, Croatia. Frans Suell entered service in May 1992 on the Euroway service between Malmö-Travemünde/Lübeck. In 1993, the route changed to Copenhagen-Malmö-Travemünde-Lübeck, and marketing was undertaken by Silja Line, who provided their Silja Festival to run in partnership. The Euroway service was closed in March 1994, and Frans Suell was chartered to Silja Line for service between Stockholm-Mariehamn-Turku/Åbo as the Silja Scandinavia. In 1996, she was sold to Viking Line for delivery in April 1997, joining sisterships Amorella and Isabella. A fourth sistership is Crown of Scandinavia. She was renamed Gabriella, entering service between Stockholm and Helsinki. She has subsequently served on other Viking Line routes.

Isabella was built in Yugoslavia in 1989 for Viking Line partner SF-LIne AB. Her sisterships are Amorella, Gabriella (ex-Frans Suell) and Crown of Scandinavia. She entered service for Viking Line between Stockholm-Nådendal and Helsinki-Tallinn. Registered ownership was transferred to Viking Line AB in 1995. Isabella has also served on route Stockholm-Mariehamn-Åbo/Turku and Stockholm-Mariehamn-Helsinki.

Mariella was built by Oy Wärtsilä AB for Viking Line partner SF-Line AB. She entered Viking Line service between Stockholm-Helsinki in 1985. Registered ownership was transferred to Viking Line AB in 1995. In 1997 her route changed to Stockholm-Mariehamn-Åbo/Turku. She has since served on other routes such as Stockholm-Mariehamn-Helsinki and Helsinki-Tallinn.
