Eckerö Linjen as an Åland-based company which operates between Eckerö (Åland) and Grisslehamn (Sweden). Eestin Linjat was a subsidiary formed to operate between Helsinki and Tallinn. Eestin Linjat was later renamed Eckerö Line.

Rospiggen (1)
(Eckerö Linjen: 1960-62)
 
Built in 1960 by ÅSI-Verken Ab, Åmål, Sweden, for Trafik AB Grisslehamn-Åland, Öregrund, for service between Grisslehamn-Eckerö. Between 1960-1961 served between Öregrund-Eckerö. Sold in 1962 to Navigazione Toscana S.p.a, Livorno, as the Rio Marina. Rio Marina is now owned by Libera Navigazione Mazzella, and sails between Terracina (Italy) and the island of Ponza.

Alpha (Eckerö Linjen: 1961-62)
Alandia (1) (Eckerö Linjen: 1962-74)
 
Built in 1939 as Bastö II by Moss Vaerft & Dokk A/S, Moss, Norway, for Rederi A/S Alpha, Moss, for a service between Moss-Horten. Renamed Alpha in 1961, but sold soon afterwards to Rederi Ab Eckerö, Mariehamn, Finland. Renamed Alandia (1) in 1962, and sold for breaking up in 1976.

Roslagen (1)
(Eckerö Linjen: 1969-88)
 
Roslagen (1) was built as Norwegian ferry Spervik 1 in 1964. She was bought by Eckerö Linjen in 1969, and served with them until 1988, when she was sold to Portuguese owners in Madeira as Lusitania Expresso.

Rospiggen (2)
(Eckerö Linjen: 1975-76)
 
Rospiggen (2) was built in Holland in 1973 as the Fleur des Iles. She was only 492 gross tons, and carried 400 passengers and 40 cars between St Malo and St Helier (Jersey). She was laid up the following year, and sold to Eckerö Linjen in 1975. Fleur des Iles was renamed Rospiggen (2) and used between Grisslehamn and Eckerö. She was again laid up within a year, and was sold to Tirrenia (Italy) in 1976, where she was renamed Carloforte and used between Portovesme and Carloforte. In 1988, ownership passed to Saremar. In 2000 she was owned by S.N.A.P. and used on a route from Terracina (Italy) to the island of Ponza in the Thirenian Sea.

(Eckerö Linjen: 1978-83)
 
Built in 1964 as the Bastö IV. Owned by Eckerö Linjen from 1978-83. Sold in 1983, and subsequently served as Solön and Ile de Carabane II.

Eckerö
(Eckerö Linjen: 1982-91)
 
Eckerö was built as Svea Scarlett for the Stockholms Rederi AB Svea subsidiary Scandinavian Ferry Lines in 1971. She was bought by Eckerö Linjen in 1982, and served with them until 1991, when she was sold to P&O Scottish Ferries and used as the St Ola until 2002.

Roslagen (2)
(Eckerö Linjen: 1988-2007)
 
Roslagen (2) was built as the Viking 3 for Rederi AB Sally, part of the Viking Line consortium, in 1972. In 1976 she was sold to Vaasanlaivat, and served as Wasa Express. Vaasanlaivat was acquired by Sally in 1982, and she reverted to her original name of Viking 3 for service on their Ramsgate-Dunkirk service in 1983/4. Later in 1984, she transferred back to Vaasanlaivat, and was renamed Wasa Express again, until purchase by Eckerö Linjen in 1988, becoming Roslagen (2). She remained in service between Eckerö and Grisslehamn until August 2007.

Apollo
(Eckerö Line: 1991-2000)
 
Apollo was built for the Viking Line subsidiary Rederi AB Slite in 1970. She served as Olau Kent, Gelting Nord, Benodet and Corbiere until she was sold to Eckerö Linjen in 1991. She first served with Estonian New Line as Linda I, although her registered name remained Corbiere. In 1994, she operated with Tallink as Corbiere, before joining Eestin Linjat, returning to her original name of Apollo. She was sold in 2000 after being replaced by Nordlandia in 1998.

Alandia (2)
(Eckerö Line: 1992-2006)
 
Alandia (2) was built as the Viking Line subsidiary Rederi AB Slite ferry Diana in 1972. In 1979 she was sold to Vaasanlaivat and served as Botnia Express until 1992. Vaasanlaivat was acquired by Rederi AB Sally in 1982. In 1992 she was sold to Eckerö Linjen, becoming their Alandia (2). She also served with associated company Eestin Linjat. She was sold in 2006, since serving as Jamaa II.

Nordlandia
(Eckerö Line: 1997- )
 
Olau Hollandia was built for the Olau Line Sheerness-Vlissingen service in 1982. In 1989 she was sold to Nordström & Thulin, along with sister Olau Britannia (I), for delivery in spring 1990. She was renamed Nord Gotlandia, and used on their Gotlandslinjen services. When their Gotland contract end in 1997, she was sold to Eckerö Lines.

Translandia
(Eckerö Line: 2004- )
 
Translandia was built as the Transgermania in 1976 for Poseidon Schiffahrts of Lübeck. She operated on routes between Germany and Finland until 1991, when she was chartered to Norse Irish Ferries, the first of many charters. Subsequent charters were to SeaWind Line and Finncarriers. In 1993, Transgermania was renamed Rosebay. Further charters followed to Transeuropa Line, Stena B.V. (for Harwich-Hoek van Holland), Holyman Sally Ferries (as Eurostar and Eurocruiser), Stena Line, Rederi Ab Engship, Botnia Link (as Transparaden), DFDS Tor Line and SCF St. Petersburg Lines. She was sold to Rederi Ab Eckerö in 2004, and renamed Translandia, entering service between Helsinki and Tallinn.
