Asturias (2)
(1925-1957 - 16,034gt)
 
Asturias (2) was built in 1925, her sistership was Alcantara. She served as an Armed Merchant Cruiser and a troopship in the war, and became a government-owned emigrant ship in 1945. Asturias (2) was scrapped in 1957.

Alcantara

Alcantara was built in 1926, her sistership was Asturias. She served as an Armed Merchant Cruiser and a troopship in the war, and was returned to Royal mail in 1948. Alcantara was scrapped in 1958.

Highland Chieftain
(Royal Mail: 1932-1958 - 14,131gt)

Highland Chieftain
was built for Nelson Line in 1928, the first of the five "Highland" Class. Her sisters were Highland Brigade, Highland Monarch and Highland Princess. She passed to Royal Mail in 1932, with the take over of Nelson Line. In 1959 Highland Chieftain was sold to Calpe Shipping Co, Gibraltar, and renamed Calpean Star.

Highland Monarch
(Royal Mail: 1932-1958 - 14,139gt)

Highland Monarch
was built for Nelson Line in 1928. She passed to Royal Mail in 1932, with the take over of Nelson Line. Highland Monarch was scrapped in 1960.

(Royal Mail: 1932-1958 - 14,131gt)
 
Highland Brigade was built for Nelson Line in 1929. She passed to Royal Mail in 1932, with the take over of Nelson Line. In 1959 Highland Brigade was sold to John Latsis, Piraeus, and renamed Henrietta.

Highland Princess
(Royal Mail: 1932-1959 - 14,128gt)

Highland Princess was built for Nelson Line in 1929. She passed to Royal Mail in 1932, with the take over of Nelson Line. In 1959 Highland Princess was sold to John Latsis, Piraeus, and renamed Marianna.

Highland Patriot
(Royal Mail: 1932-1940 - 14,157gt)
 
Highland Patriot was built for Nelson Line in 1932. She passed to Royal Mail in the same year with the take over of Nelson Line. In 1940 Highland Patriot was torpedoed and sunk in Atlantic, the only one of the five sisters to be lost.

Andes (2)
(1939-1971 - 15,620gt)
 
Andes was built in 1939, and was used as a troopship throughout the war. She was conveted to a cruise ship in 1959, and received a white hull. She was scrapped in 1971.
