This page
is devoted to the fleet of Portuguese company Companhia Colonial
de Navegacao. The
table below
shows complete career histories of individual ships. Beneath
the table is a fleet list of ships.
Companhia
Colonial de Navegacao was established in 1922 by Sociedade Agricola
de Ganda, Companhia do Amboim de Angola and Ed. Guedes Ltda.
to operate services from Portugal to Africa. In Feb.1974 the
company amalgamated with Empresa Insulana to form Companhia Portuguesa
de Transportes Maritimes (CPTM).
