Ikarus
and
Pasiphae
were two fast conventional ferries of 30000 grt, delivered in 1998 to Minoan Lines. They have an engine output of 60.000 HP, which allows a service speed of 27 knots. This allows them to cover the Patras - Ancona route in only 19 hours, and the Patras - Venice route in 23 hours. The ships were later renamed
Ikarus Palace
and
Pasiphae Palace.
