The final years of the Union-Castle mailships to South Africa were portrayed in a glorious series of colour postcards by Terence McNally. Some are fascinating harbour views, with the famous local steam tugs much in evidence. Others are dramatic sea views. The range covers ships of the Union-Castle Line, SAFMarine and other visiting liners such as the Northern Star and the United States.
