Sea Princess - Adonia - Sea Princess


This page shows postcards and photographs of the Princess Cruises vessel Sea Princess, which transferred to P&O Cruises as the Adonia. Sea Princess was delivered to Princess Cruises early in 1998. She is part of a class of four 77000 gross ton sisterships, the others being Sun Princess, Dawn Princess and Ocean Princess. They are 261 metres long, and carry 2100 passengers (2400 maximum), and all were built by Fincantieri in Italy. In 2003 Sea Princess was transferred to the P&O Cruises fleet and named Adonia. Sistership Ocean Princess was transferred at the same time, becoming the Oceana. Adonia transferred back to Princess in 2005, reverting to the name Sea Princess.

Sea Princess moved to the P&O Cruises fleet in 2003 as the Adonia.
The postcard of Sea Princess which is included in the Princess Postcard Set.
As with the card above, this is actually Sun or Dawn Princess, since it does not have the enclosed bridge wings introduced on Sea Princess.
