The Northern Lighthouse Board, previously the Commissioners of Northern Light Houses, is the General Lighthouse Authority for Scotland and the Isle of Man. They have ordered an 84m MFT, a sister of the
Galatea

, a sister of the

of Trinity House, which was delivered to the Board in March 2007. She is the tenth vessel of this name.
