Columbus (1997)
Hapag-Lloyd

Columbus was built by MTW Schiffswerft, Wismar, Germany. She was completed for Hapag-Lloyd in 1997, is 14903grt in size, and has dimensions 144.0 x 21.5 x 5.1 m, and she has 420 berths. Engines consist of 4 x Wartsila, 10560kW, giving a service speed of 18.5 knots. Note that the ship actually carries the name c.Columbus, but since Hapag refer to her simply as Columbus, I have followed suit on these pages.
